Testing & Commissioning Support

From construction complete to actually running.

NETA ATSManufacturer Test Protocols

The distance between mechanically complete and reliably operating is where projects win or lose their schedule. ICPE plans and supports the testing and commissioning phase so systems energize safely and perform to design.

Commissioning gets planned during design rather than after construction. Systems are defined and boundaries drawn while drawings are still in production, so testing follows a sequence that energizes systems in a logical order instead of in whatever order construction happens to finish them.

When a test result disagrees with the calculation, ICPE finds out why. Sometimes the installation is wrong and sometimes the assumption was, and the difference matters to the owner. Either way it gets documented and closed rather than quietly accepted to protect a milestone.

Scope of support
  • Commissioning plans and system turnover packages
  • Factory and site acceptance testing (FAT / SAT)
  • Electrical acceptance testing coordination
  • Energization sequencing and switching plans
  • Loop checks and functional testing with the I&C group
  • Performance test support and issue resolution
What you receive
  • System-by-system commissioning procedures
  • Test records and energization approvals
  • Punch list tracking to closure
  • Lessons-learned documentation for operations
